Mortgage Rates on the rise?

Interest rates for both 15 year and 30 year mortgages have been at record lows for some time. As you can see in the graph, the last few months rates have been fluttering. Then after November 8th rates have been steadily climbing. With the economy looking strong, it is likely that rates will continue this trend. If you've been thinking about purchasing your first home or refinancing your existing home now would be a good time start the process.
